They're brand new, still in the cardboard pack thing they came in. Got 6 of them. I've only opened the package to check one against my lock — it didn't fit mine but it looked well made. The teeth are cut clean, no burrs or anything. One thing though: the key head is a little thinner than some others I've seen, like maybe 2mm vs 2.5mm? Not sure if that matters for your lock. They're supposed to work with Yale and Securistyle window handles. I'd say they're fine for most standard replacements but I can't guarantee they'll fit every model.
