There’s a couple light scuffs on the powder coating — nothing major, just from being mounted and unmounted. The steel is thick, feels solid. It holds multiple tools fine. I tested it with my Dewalt 20V drills and a couple impacts, no problem. Fits most brands. Just make sure you mount it into studs or use good drywall anchors if you’re gonna load it heavy. One thing though: the screws that came with it are a bit short for thick drywall, so you might wanna grab your own. No case or charger included, just the rack
